- Built the clinician recording experience (mic controls, waveform, pause/resume/discard, interrupted-session recovery) and the SOAP review modal for clinician validation before patient-record save.
- Delivered a Postgres-backed per-location configuration service and the SOAP-to-EMR ingestion layer covering SNOMED diagnoses, allergies, medications, investigations, and admission workflows.
- Implemented recording and SOAP-import audit trail with API request/response telemetry, supporting clinical traceability and post-go-live triage.
- Drove production rollout across dev, UAT, and production environments spanning Apollo's multi-region footprint, and led architecture and SDK walkthroughs as canonical knowledge transfer for the EMR engineering team.
